TAI CHI CLASS
Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise from China
that promotes balance, strength, energy, and well being. Participants will learn The Five Elements Form, which focuses on energizing the major organs of the body.
Students of Tai Chi often experience less inflammation and chronic pain and more peace of mind.
This class is perfect for beginners!
